Returns & Cancellations
- Hygiene Policy: Due to the medicinal nature of our ointment, we only accept returns for products that are unopened, with the original seal intact, within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged Goods: If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours with a photo of the damage for a free replacement.
